Payment Timing Update, February 27, 2025
Dear Scholars,
We are happy to say that our average payment time is now at 12 days, meaning on average it takes this long between an approved timesheet and money arriving in your bank account. We are always looking to improve on this, but we hope this update helps reassure you.

Payment Timing Announcement, February 14, 2025
Dear Scholars,
For some of you who have recently transitioned to Worksuite, you are now waiting longer for payments to arrive. First, we want to say sorry for this slowdown in payments, particularly given that you did not have a choice. The underlying reason for the slowdown is a switch to a new payment system in adopting the Worksuite software — something that we believe can be improved.
This currently means that individual payments can take up to 21 days from timesheet approval to receiving funds in your account. However, payments are made every week, so after the initial lag you are experiencing, you will be on a regular cadence again. For exact details, visit the Knowledge Base.
What you should know
We are working to reduce the delay so that most payments are received in a shorter period of time. However, our ability to expedite payments at the moment is limited.
We are also exploring alternate payment methods. Please indicate your preferences in this survey.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this change is causing, and we appreciate the folks who have brought up the issue. Our HR and Scholars folks are very much focused on this, and we thank you for your patience.
