# Agreements

### Please make sure you have the chance to read and understand the agreements you are committing to. Each of the documents you sign as part of your onboarding process is a legally-binding agreement.

**You are required to sign all documents in order to work with us.** If you have questions about any of these documents during your onboarding process or afterwards, please contact your [Relationship Manager](/scholars/support.md#general-support).&#x20;

1. **Master Services Agreement**\
   This document defines the overall terms and conditions of your contracting agreement with iMerit. This is an open agreement, and does not define your rate or time, or create a commitment to offer you work.<br>
2. **iMerit Policies**\
   At iMerit, we work together with our Scholars in a positive and respectful environment. This agreement outlines your responsibility to help keep our workplace safe and fun, and includes our [**Code of Conduct**](broken://pages/gPo7rxeN2YPrZCiOQo5Y), our [**Anti-Harassment**](broken://pages/WPzJeo5gw1Y5udC8TDFf) and [**ISMS Policies**](broken://pages/bCViFPNWGj3Gff02SXuk).

After your initial onboarding and when you are brought into a specific project, you will be asked to sign a [Statement of Work](/scholars/getting-started/statement-of-work.md), outlining the details and specific terms of that project.

### Your Full Legal Name or Entity Name

Where indicated during your onboarding process, please provide either your full **personal** name below, or if applicable, the name of the **legal entity** (e.g. LLC) under which you will sign your contracts with us. Please double-check spelling, as this name will appear on all your documentation and requires a formal procedure to change.
