# Core Skills

Welcome! This short assessment helps us understand where you’ll shine on real iMerit projects and where extra coaching might help. It takes **<45 minutes** and can be completed on any modern browser.

**We use AutoProctor to prevent cheating.** \
This tool prevents you from switching tabs or using other tools such as AI. The tool also records snapshots of your webcam. Please ensure that you are alone, and you have uninterrupted time to focus on the assessment itself for the duration of the test.\

To complete the test, you will need to **sign in using Google** and **follow the instructions** to enable **microphone** and **camera** access to your browser. \
